F1 Recreation started in 2006 with as vision to inspire and empower quality living through quality fitness products. It is a key player in the commercial fitness equipment industry in Singapore, supplying to fitness gyms, condominiums and commercial fitness studios.

Project Summary

With the impact of Covid and with many gyms closing its doors, the company has decided to open up the residential B2C market for home-base gym equipment.

In early 2022, we executed a strategic brand and marketing project covering market research for its product/market fit, distribution channels, as well as a GTM plan for the B2C market.
