Flame Communications cares for NKF kidney patients and co-hosted a gathering for 27 patients and their caregivers during the Mid-Autumn Festival 2022 on 11 September 2022. The group gathered at the Chinatown street market and strolled along Eu Tong Sen Street, carrying lighted paper lanterns to watch the festive light-up sculptures which comprise giant mooncakes and jade rabbits. For many of the patients, this was the first time that they got to enjoy a group outing since the Covid pandemic. Despite the slight drizzle, spirits were high and the team bonded during the walk. The tour ended with the group enjoying drinks and sugar-free mooncakes under the moonlight outside our Flame Communications’ Livestream studio at Smith Street.
