The Gem Museum, Singapore’s first and most comprehensive private gemology museum, is planning to update two of its popular products for children – namely the Junior Rockstars Gem Adventure Kit and the Gem Collector’s Kit. Designed for children below 12 years old who are interested in the world of rocks and minerals, these products allows the children to learn about gemstone from mine to market.
In March 2022, Flame Communications was appointed by The Gem Museum for a strategic brand project to better understand the brand positioning of it’s the Junior Rockstars Gem Adventure Kit and The Gem Collector’s Kit.
They gain feedback from potential users on the new products. The project was completed successfully and the insights from the project were used to develop its new products fully.
