Florence Fang, co-founder of Flame Communications, is an accomplished consultant with more than eighteen years of experience managing projects in marketing, market research and corporate communications. She specialises in helping companies plan and develop effective marketing communication strategies and campaigns.
Florence is knowledgeable in the field of cards and payments, technology, digital media and e-commerce. She has held a number of senior positions in marketing management for multinational companies including Visa International, Microsoft Softimage, The Fantastic Corporation and International Data Corporation (IDC).
Florence graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Masters in Science (Management of Technology) and a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science).

Leong Khay Mun is an accomplished editor who has close to 10 years of journalism experience in the IT and healthcare industries.
As a co-founder of Flame Communications, she spearheads the Editorial Consulting and Writing arm of the company. In this capacity, she ensures that the marketing copy and designs—for both print and web campaigns—that are conceptualised and executed deliver companies’ key messages in a strategic, accurate and compelling manner.
Prior to founding Flame Communications, Khay Mun held key editorial positions in leading healthcare and IT trade publishing houses including Ezyhealth Asia Pacific, CMP Business Media, CNET Asia and Challenge Communications.
Khay Mun graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Journalism) degree from Queensland University of Technology, Australia.

With a flair for project management and client servicing, Michelle has managed and produced both Web and print publications for the Singapore infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF), HP, IBM, and SAP.
Prior to Flame Communications, she worked for an events management company, where she closed several high-profile projects with major companies like JVC Asia, Panasonic, Philips, the International Quality & Productivity Center (IQPC), and several government agencies in Singapore. She has also been engaged in stints Down Under, having produced news pieces for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) and Channel Nine.
Michelle graduated with a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Queensland, Australia.

Resse has strengths in both web and graphic design. She has won several prizes for computer graphics and animation, including a Merit prize at Comgraph 2001—Asia Pacific Digital Art & Animation Competition.
Resse has amassed an extensive portfolio as a web and graphic designer, counting online Singapore bookstore Acma Books, Mastercard and Canon Singapore among her clients. She has also worked on UK websites as a London-based freelance graphic designer.
Resse graduated with a Diploma in Film, Sound and Video from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore. She also has a Diploma in E-Commerce from Bickenhall College of Computing, London, and experience in textile printing from the Chelsea College of Art.

Joy Tang has worked in Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan as a journalist and editor, mainly with publications such as Asia-Pacific I.T. Times, Asia Computer Weekly and SMBNet Asia Magazine.
Joy was a Singapore-based Features/Subeditor for Asia-Pacific I.T. Times, after which she joined CMP Business Media in Singapore. At CMP, she was seconded to Hong Kong where she spent five years raising the profile of CMP’s high-tech titles, leaving the territory as CMP Hong Kong Bureau Chief for the High Tech Group. She left CMP as Senior Editor, Asia Computer Weekly and CMPNetAsia. Her freelance portfolio includes work with CNET properties and asia.internet.com.
Joy is a National University of Singapore graduate with a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours (Psychology). |
